Jeff G. Vick
- New Mexico State Police Officer from 1985 until 2005 and retired as a Sergeant. Since retirement, I have continued in the field of accident reconstruction. For over 38 years I have specialized in traffic crash investigation and 31 years traffic crash reconstruction in matters involving passenger cars, tractor-trailers, motorcycles, pedestrians, etc.
- Member of the original New Mexico State Police Accident Reconstruction team from 1992 to 2005. I am the Page 13 of 14 current owner of J. G. Vick Consulting and have been working since 2005, for which our primary purpose is to provide professional crash reconstruction services.
- Substantial experience in traffic crash investigation and analysis, forensic mapping and accident reconstruction, interviews and interrogation techniques, evidence collection and preservation.
- In addition to having analyzed well over 1000 crashes. I have also instructed accident investigation courses and provided safety presentations to trucking companies.
- Extensive experience in traffic enforcement, Commercial Motor Vehicle inspections, escorting oversized loads and knowledge of traffic laws including laws and regulations involving operation of vehicles on the highways and commercial carrier regulations. I do possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Tanker, Doubles, and triples endorsements. I also hold a Pilot/Escort Driver Certification for oversized loads as well as a flagger certification.
- Former or current member of the following organizations: Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction, National Association of Traffic Accident Reconstructionists and Investigators, National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists, Texas Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists, International Network of Collision Reconstructionists, Accident Reconstruction Network, New Mexico State Police Association, National Troopers Coalition, Texas DPS Private Security Bureau and the New Mexico Private Investigator & Polygraph Board.
